The NovaSet™-LS LHV (low hold-up volume) cassette system
has been designed to meet the low hold-up volume requirements of the small-scale, tangential flow filtration (TFF) laboratory
and process development researcher. The fully integrated NovaSet™-LS LHV system features:
NovaSet™-LS LHV
316 L Stainless Steel holder (complete with dual scale feed, filtrate and retentate pressure gauges) and accommodates a membrane
packet from 0.01 m² to 0.02 m² providing a processing range from 15 mL to 500 mL.
Masterex®
digital peristaltic pump with Easy Load III® head, capable of flow rates from 8-480 mL/min. Available in 110 volt
or 220 volt.
Hanna Magnetic Stir Plate.
Integrated, 100 mL conical bottom, acrylic reservoir with self-sealing
diafiltration capability.
